(1) Wash the seaweed with water, scald it with hot water, rinse it, and drain it for later use.
(2) Add 1/4 tablespoon of salt to 2 cups of water and dissolve for later use. Wash the apple, cut the seeds and pedicles, cut into eight equal parts, then cut 0.3 cm slices horizontally, soak them in salt water for 30 seconds and pick up immediately. Drain and set aside.
(3) Wash the cucumbers and carrots and slice them separately, add 2 tsp of salt and let it stand for 10 minutes, then filter out the salt water for later use.
(4) Mix all the ingredients and seasonings together and stir evenly to eat.
